Friday, April 10 and Saturday, April 11 - Troquet on South will host Champagne & Caviar Tastings, led by Chris Campbell (Troquet owner and sommelier) and Olga Kiseleva. Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2 - “International Sauvignon Blanc Day” is May 1! Troquet on South will host Sauvignon Blanc Dinners during this weekend. Tastings are led by Chris Campbell (Troquet owner and sommelier) and Olga Kiseleva. Each guest will enjoy six glasses of Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from different global regions, including New Zealand, Bordeaux, and Sancerre.
